Well, tickets certainly sold out fast for Glastonbury 2005 - less than three hours. I’m glad I’d syked myself up for “manic persistance” - it paid off! Not totally worry-free yet, as I’m still waiting for payment to be taken…
A friend tried paying for his ticket, but received an e-mail in the late evening telling him payment was not successful. Unlike several people complaining to sites like http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/music/4409661.stm, he did the constructive thing and emailed aloud.com. They phoned him back, and his second attempt was successful. It’s amazing what you achieve when you ask as opposed to moaning!
